This beautiful painting reminds me of a knock-knock joke:
Orange-cha glad you subscribe to Marina Kanavaki’s blog??
I sure am! 🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨😋
I think it goes on:
Orange-cha glad you have fountains of ambrosia to last an eternity?

Thank you so much, my friend! 🙏 🙂
Orange is an interesting color. Like other colors, so variants with its shades. A color to sees to stand out … to accent … and would have been an interesting post to collaborate. 🙂 Ahhh … the memories. 🙂
Oh, yes, it would have… but then you never know what future has in store for us, so who knows!!!! Thank you, Frank! It’s so good seeing you here! 🙂 Enjoy your beach walks! Yamas!

Ah, Holly, you are so sweet! Thank you! Sending hugs your way! ❤🤗❤🤗❤🤗
It’s true, your artwork is gorgeous! I paint a little, I use watercolor and acrylic, just got fun, nothing so beautiful as yours. 🎨🎹🎹💖😍🤗😊❤️🌺
Oh, I’d love to see, Holly! A magician of words I’m sure uses magic with her paintbrush too! 😘❤️😘❤️😘
I should post some things, I haven’t really painted in several years but I have quite a few paintings. I love abstract but they never turn out good for me while yours is amazing. 😘❤️😘
Oh, please do! I’d really really love to see!!!! ….and you are too kind with me and too hard on you! 😉 xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo
I’m too shy to put them out….lol! No, it’s true, you are truly gifted! 😉
You shouldn’t be, at all! You paint amazing images with your words… ❤️🌸❤️🌸❤️
🌸❤️ 🌸❤️ 🌸❤️
Your blending of dark and light colours allows the message of the “Orange Tree” to spread through the branches. You showcase both vibrancy and calmness. Brilliant!
My dearest Rebecca, you always say such wonderful things and always bring light and a smile to my day! Thank you so much! Enjoy a beautiful weekend! ❤😘😘🤗
So fresh and lovely, Marina. I just ate an orange for lunch. 😃
🤣😆😀 Thank you, Sylvia! Have a lovely weekend (with Daisy Duck eyelashes!!!) 😘😘
Spare and simple. Beautiful washes. And you knew exactly when to stop.
Ah, thank you so much! It’s a great point you’re making. Fortunately I had a great tutor who helped me realize that early on… It’s an on going process though that entails a very full garbage bin!😉
I just thought of this: a blank sheet of paper is in harmony with itself. You put something on it and that disrupts that harmony, but soon the work you are developing creates a new harmony within the work itself. Taking that too far then introduces another disharmony. Thus, knowing when to stop is crucial, but the aspect of harmony gives the artist a clue.
Excellent point! And yes, it’s a quest for harmony! 🙂
So warm and expresses transition beautifully! The sweetness of summer’s ending and the slight bitterness of approaching winter. Thank you for sharing…
Ah, thank YOU for the sweetness of your words, my dear Mary Jo! 🤗❤
