Η Συμφωνία Νο 2 του Λέοναρντ Μπερνστάιν, “The Age Of Anxiety” είναι έργο προγραμματικής μουσικής, για πιάνο και ορχήστρα, βασισμένο στο ομώνυμο ποίημα του W. H. Auden.
Είναι από τα ελάχιστα που απηχούν τη διάθεσή μου της στιγμής.
Ακούμε το δεύτερο της μέρος. Στο πιάνο ο Jeffrey Kahane, τη Συμφωνική του Bournemouth διευθύνει ο Andrew Litton.

Leonard Bernstein’s Symphony No 2, “The Age Of Anxiety”, is a work of programmatic music, for piano and orchestra, based on the titular poem by W. H. Auden.
It is one of the few that represent my mood at the moment.
We hear the second part. Jeffrey Kahane is on the piano. Andrew Litton conducts the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra.
