Στη συνέχεια των φθινοπωρινών μας κομματιών, με “σύγχρονη” μουσική. Ο Darius Milhaud, επιφανής Γάλλος συνθέτης, μέλος της ομάδας των 6 και από τους σημαντικότερους μοντερνιστές του 20ου αιώνα, ήταν από τους πρώτους που επέτρεψαν στον εαυτό τους τον επηρεασμό από “εξωτικά είδη” όπως η jazz και η μουσική της Λατινικής Αμερικής.
Εδώ διευθύνει ο ίδιος τους Ensemble De Solistes Des Concerts Lamoureux στο Concertino d’ Automne, op. 309, μέρος της ενότητας “Οι Τέσσερις Εποχές”.

We continue our autumn pieces with “contemporary” music. Darius Milhaud, eminent French composer, a member of the group of 6 and one of the most important modernists of the 20th century, was one of the first to allow themselves the influence from “exotic genres” such as jazz and Latin American music.
Here he is conducting the Ensemble De Solistes Des Concerts Lamoureux, performing the Concertino d’ Automne, op. 309, part of the ”The Four Seasons” cycle.
